Wear resistance
By using the nail roller on the Lisport test equipment to roll back and forth on the artificial turf sample, it simulates that during normal use, athletes wear spiked sports shoes to exercise on the turf. After a certain period of time, the wear and tear of the turf is inspected and evaluated.
Artificial turf with good wear resistance is more durable and has a longer service life.
Anti-aging performance
Under the set temperature and humidity environmental conditions, a WOM machine is used to simulate normal ultraviolet radiation from the sun on artificial turf, that is, to artificially simulate the climate. After reaching the set time, the color and related physical properties of the artificial turf are observed and tested, which is called the anti-aging performance test of artificial turf.
Under normal climatic conditions, artificial turf with strong anti-aging performance is less likely to fade or become brittle. The color of the artificial turf field with strong anti-aging performance is more durable and stable, with few grass seedlings falling off and a longer service life.
Environmental protection performance
We have passed the testing of 168 highly concerned toxic and harmful chemicals in accordance with the REACH standard and have obtained the heavy metal environmental performance test report issued by the FiFA-designated laboratory sportslabs in accordance with the DIN standard.
